Historikertag 2025 – Verband der Historiker und Historikerinnen Deutschlands (VHD)

The Association of German Historians (VHD) and the local hosting committee are looking forward to the next Historians’ Day, which will take place in Bonn from September 15 to September 19, 2025. The Historians’ Day is the largest platform of the German-speaking historical profession. It reflects the current state of research in its full diversity and international networks. The thematic focus of next year’s meeting is Dynamics of Power. A third of the sessions should be dedicated to this guiding theme.
