Call for Papers: Alabama State University Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Conference

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Alabama State University is pleased to announce that our Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Conference will be held at the J. Garrick Hardy Student Center on the campus of Alabama State University on April 7-8, 2020. We invite scholars from all areas of the Liberal Arts and Social Sciences to submit individual or panel proposals. We welcome submissions from graduate students, independent scholars, and faculty members.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Women, activism and achievement: Empowerment and its limitations, 1920-2020.”
